Return Policy:


30 Day full refunds on unused products excluding shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping label. Please emails support@cloudsevenshop.com to process a return.


In the case of a manufacturer defect, cloud seven will cover shipping back to us and refund in full once the product is inspected. Our team will take a look at the defect to make sure it is in line with manufacturer defects and not damage based on usage. Please contact support@cloudsevenshop.com for more questions

International Shipping:


We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to in the near future.

Lifetime Warranty:


All of our bags come with a lifetime warranty protecting any major defects from using the bags for their intended purpose. Please contact us for any questions regarding our lifetime warranty.
